Squarespace website design for a multidisciplinary creative
I worked with Brisbane-based artist and photographer Nik Kahler to design and launch a clean, modern online portfolio that showcases his diverse creative work. The project began with a collaborative content strategy phase to clarify Nik’s goals and streamline his offering, followed by a custom Squarespace build tailored to his minimal, image-led aesthetic.
The site structure was built with future-proofing in mind — allowing Nik to easily update projects, add categories, and grow into the platform. I also implemented basic SEO foundations (titles, descriptions, alt text, and heading structure) to support search visibility and help potential collaborators discover his work online.
The Outcome: A professional, easy-to-navigate website that reflects Nik’s creative direction, is mobile-friendly, and gives him full control over content updates — with zero code required.
